Who is the controller of your personal data?

LUXURY CARS 2006 BCN SL is the Controller of the USER’s personal data and informs him/her that these data shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

In the form Reservas

Formalise reservations in the controller’s establishment. (contract execution, art. 6.1.b GDPR)

In the form E-commerce

Manage the purchase or online order, process the payment and shipment or activation. (contract execution, art. 6.1.b GDPR)

For how long will we keep your personal data?

Data shall be stored for no longer than necessary or as long as there are legal prescriptions. Once that purpose ends, the data shall be erased with security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except if necessary for the execution of the purposes. In such cases, it will be to service providers with confidentiality and data processor agreements in place.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

Right to withdraw consent at any time.
Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of data and to restrict or oppose its processing.
Right to file a complaint with the Spanish Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es).

2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the relevant boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*), USERS accept that the data is necessary for the service provider to meet their request. All other fields are voluntarily provided. The USER ensures the data provided is true and agrees to notify any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all requested data is mandatory, as it is necessary for providing an optimal service. If not all required data is provided, the quality of service may be compromised.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with GDPR and LOPDGDD for personal data processing and with the principles in Article 5 of the GDPR (lawfulness, fairness, transparency, and data minimization).

The CONTROLLER has implemented technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and protection of USERS’ rights and freedoms. USERS have been informed about how to exercise their rights.
