Van hire in Ibiza: one vehicle for the whole group

These are not cargo vans. Our vans are luxury passenger vehicles for groups, large families and company trips that want to travel the island together. Van hire in Ibiza solves the usual group problem: two or three cars, people waiting around and nobody quite sure whose suitcase went where.

Mercedes V220 or Mercedes Vito: 8 or 9 seats

We have two models, both Mercedes-Benz, both automatic and both with a sliding side door.

  • Mercedes V220: 8 seats and room for 6 suitcases, with the more refined interior of the two. The one to pick when comfort matters as much as space.
  • Mercedes Vito: 9 seats and room for 5 suitcases. The answer when there are nine of you and nobody should be left behind.

Seven or fewer? Our 7 seater SUVs are easier to park.

Ibiza airport van rental

Landing is when a van earns its keep. We hand it over at the airport or the private aviation terminal, and our office is right by the airport, so the group walks out of arrivals, loads everything into one vehicle and heads straight to the villa or hotel. We can also bring it to your accommodation, the port or the marina if you are arriving by boat, at whatever time suits you.

Luxury van hire with a chauffeur

With vans, a chauffeur is the most requested extra, and it is easy to see why. With a professional driver, nobody in the group has to be the designated driver or leave the party early, and airport transfers, nights out and events all run on time. If you would rather rent the van with a driver, we arrange it for you.

We have been in Ibiza since 2006, and the idea is the same whether you rent a van or a sports car: pick the vehicle, give us a place and a time, and leave the rest to us.

Van hire in Ibiza: frequently asked questions

How much does van hire cost in Ibiza?

On a 7-day rental, our passenger vans cost:

Split across the whole group, a van can work out better value than renting two cars, and everyone travels together. You will see the exact total once you enter your dates; the daily rate drops the longer you rent.

How many people fit in the van?

The Mercedes V220 seats 8 with room for 6 suitcases and has the more comfortable finish of the two. The Mercedes Vito seats 9 with room for 5 suitcases: the answer when there are nine of you. Both are automatic and have a sliding side door, which makes getting in and out much easier in tight parking spots. Seven or fewer? Our 7 seater SUVs are also an option.

Can I pick up the van at Ibiza airport?

Yes. We hand it over at the airport or the private aviation terminal, and our office is right by the airport. The group walks out of arrivals, loads all the luggage into one vehicle and heads straight to the villa or hotel, with no taxis and no waiting. At the end of your stay, you can return it at the airport too.

Can I rent the van with a driver?

Yes, and with vans it is the most requested option. With a professional driver, nobody in the group has to drive, whether for airport transfers, the ride home after dinner or an event. Our chauffeur service is designed for exactly that: punctual and with nothing for you to worry about. Tell us what you need and we will arrange it.

Do I need a special licence for a 9 seat van?

No. A standard car licence (category B) covers vehicles with up to 9 seats including the driver, which is exactly the case with the Vito. To rent it you will also need your ID or passport and a card to pay with; non-EU residents also need an international permit. You can add an additional driver to share the driving.

How do I book the van?

You can book with a 25% deposit or pay in full and save 5%. We will then ask you for the exact delivery details, such as the place and time. Cancel more than 7 days ahead and we refund what you paid, and if your plans change you can also move your dates, subject to availability.
